Measured mine last night. They are 12.5L x 9H x 5D. Length seems to be the critical measurement. The amount of slant probabably is important. My bags make enough contact with the strut at the bottom and turn signal at the top to hold securely with no elaborate tieing or supports. They don't rub against anything else and are not so tight as to push the turn signal out of position.
